Ray Of Hope OutreachIt was said that "Terri brought a ray of Hope" with her to Uganda. God's plan might have started with a ray of hope but is now a burning flame within the hearts of the many people she touched.

With the mortality rate of both mothers and babies being so high in Uganda, we have decided that it would be better for us to convert our hospital over to a medical center specializing in pregnant mothers and babies/children.

Our goal is to provide the best possible medical care for pregnant women so they are able to safely deliver healthy babies. We employ highly skilled mid-wives to provide pre-natal (ante-natal) care as well a clean sanitary environment to deliver. We want to provide education for our ante-natal mothers, classes to help them to learn to take care of themselves as well as their newborn babies. We also are planning to provide education for mothers after they give birth, teaching the importance of regular medical care for their babies, including providing childhood vaccinations. With our mother/baby medical center we will prayerfully be taking care of these children from the time their mothers are pregnant with them all the way through the time they graduate from high school through our sponsorship program.
